WebCastle is looking for a International Business Development Manager who can become the Business Development Leader of WebCastle in the future.

Essential Skills

  • Has successfully worked as a Business Development Manager focussing on European Markets such as Holland, Sweden, Germany or UK and met the sales targets always.

Your Role

Reporting to the COO of the company, you will play a key role in helping to implement innovative Business Development Strategies in European markets and get new customers

Things you will do:

Work closely with Top Management, Operations & Marketing departments to identify opportunities, strategies and solutions for challenges faced by customers and meet sales targets.

  • Process client enquiries through company website and close deals
  • Book Appointments by yourself with target customers through phone and close deals
  • Update CRM regularly and have a clear list of opportunities to work on always to meet targets
  • Maintain relationship with the existing customers regularly and generate more business
  • Implement innovative business development strategies to bring new customers together with the Top Management, Operations and Marketing team
  • Grow an International Business Development Team


  • Experience in IT Outsourcing Services for at least 2-3 years
  • Experience in selling Web Development & Digital Marketing Services
  • Accomplished Business Development Manager who can show the past results
  • Strong problem solving, critical/analytical thinking abilitiesStrong problem solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
